Austin's preschool graduation was so cute. They sang songs for the parents, and each of them got to say what they wanted to be when they grow up. Austin said he wants to be a doctor. They wrote this on the balloons, and at the end went outside to release them.
When they were first announcing the kids one by one, the teacher suddenly stopped. Apparently Austin was talking to her, and wouldn't leave her alone. She was still holding the microphone up to her mouth, so we were able to hear her end of the conversation, and it was hilarious. She kept saying to him that school was over, and it was summertime now, and no, tomorrow isn't your birthday (he thinks summer time is his birthday), and no, we are not ever going back to the school again (we were at a church because of the rain). Anyway, at the end of all this, she looked up to explain that Austin was worried because he had taken some little toys and had them in his pocket to return to the school. I was so embarrassed, but it was so stinking funny the way the teacher handled it. They had met at the school, and then driven to the church, so Austin had taken them that morning thinking that they were going back to the school... Bless his heart.
He's always keeping us laughing, one of my favorite things about that boy. :)

I love, love, love these two ladies so much, and I'm glad that both of my boys have had the opportunity to attend their preschool. It was a fun year, and I can't believe this little guy will be in kindergarten next year!!!
